J.D. Nava is a Mexican American musician and artist, with Southern roots and a Chicago heart. At 22 years young, he is persistent in his stride to not only inform those of his journey in life but to serve as a voice for those having valiantly overcome trials and tribulations. With most of his music being of the hip-hop R&B genre, he maintains a common thread of optimism and inspiration. He recognizes that positive vibes and motivation are rudimentary to the uplifting of humanity. Whereas, silence and pessimism tend to serve as comorbidities to either societal stagnation or regression. He hopes to eventually build a platform where people of all backgrounds can unify. His work with New Found Voice Entertainment, Clutch Society and of course The Fresh Faces Project is nothing but the beginning of his future endeavors.
